Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

Seven-day free trial

A card is required. Cancel before your seven-day trial ends to avoid the first charge. Otherwise Square automatically charges $200 monthly or $2,000 yearly, according to your selected plan, until you cancel.

All sales are final — no refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, credits or pro-rated refunds for any subscription charge, including partial months or years, unused time, or charges after a trial you did not cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to cancel

Open Billing, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through your paid period, or through the trial end if you cancel during the trial.

Your data after cancellation

You can export your records before cancellation. Your data is retained for 12 months after cancellation, then deleted on request or at the end of that period.
