Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

The Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing.

Refunds

You may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 30 days of that charge, for any reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email will@stepstolivingllc.com from your account email with the date of the charge and we will process it.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not billed again. We do not automatically pro-rate the unused part of a period, but if you cancel shortly after a renewal you are covered by the 30-day refund window above.

Your data after cancellation

You can export your resident, rent and test records before cancelling. We retain your data for 12 months in case you return, then delete it on request or at the end of that period.
