These terms govern your use of Steps To Sober Living, a software service operated by Steps To Living ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.

The service

Steps To Sober Living is a web-based platform for sober living operators. It provides resident and bed management, rent invoicing and collection, drug-test (UA) logging, curfew and meeting check-ins, medication administration records, shift notes, intake forms, analytics, a public house directory listing, and a private AI recovery helper for residents. Access is sold as a subscription to the Pro plan.

Billing

Access is arranged directly with us. Contact will@stepstolivingllc.com for plan, invoicing and payment questions.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Operator accounts control access for their own staff and residents. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
• Do not upload resident health or test information you are not authorised to hold, and do not share resident data with anyone without a lawful basis.
• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, reverse engineer it, resell it, or scrape it in bulk.
• Do not upload malware, or content that is harassing, abusive, or discriminatory.
• The AI helper is a supportive tool, not medical advice, and is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it in a crisis; call your local emergency number.

Intellectual property

We own the software, design, and content of the platform. You keep ownership of the data you enter, and you grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to run the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment fails and is not resolved. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
